HANDICAPPED, HANDICAP, HANDICAPS, FISHING: Bass angler Eddie Camara from Shawnee won the national Paralyzed Veterans of America bass national tournament this year. He now gets to compete in the BASS Federation championship as the PVA representative with a chance to qualify for the Bassmaster Classic. Eddie has muscular dystrophy and fishes barefoot to help with his balance. His chair is on rollers and moves back and forth on the metal bare in the foreground.. This is on Twin Lakes in Shawnee.
