You can learn more about Edmond's economic outlook during an upcoming virtual series

EDMOND — The Edmond Economic Development Authority (EEDA) will host a series of virtual Economic Preview events that will feature insights from experts on the city's various real estate sectors.

The event series, sponsored by First Fidelity Bank, will kick off at 9 a.m. April 7 with a discussion on the multi-family and residential markets. Janet Yowell, EEDA executive director; William Forrest, CAPSTONE managing director; and Brian Preston, RE/MAX at Home Realtor, will be the featured speakers.

The next event in the series will be at 9 a.m. April 14 when Jonathan Thompson, commercial sales and leasing with Turner & Co., will join Yowell for a discussion on the office market.

The final presentation in the series will be held at 9 a.m. April 21. Jim Parrack, Price Edwards & Co. senior vice president, and Yowell will close out the series with a discussion on the retail market.

"Our Economic Preview events are all about providing the Edmond business community with useful and relevant information," Yowell said.

First Fidelity Bank has sponsored EEDA events for more than 10 years.

Cost is $10 per event or $25 for the series. Those interested must register to attend. A link will be sent before the scheduled event date and time. A recording of the event will be made available for a set amount of time for those unable to attend the event at the scheduled time.
