First-round Bedlam matchup set and a look at other Big 12 women's basketball tournament scenarios

The Big 12 women's basketball tournament pairings are set after Sunday's results.

Baylor earned the top spot even with two games remaining. West Virginia is the No. 2 seed regardless of their outcome against Baylor on Monday thanks to winning the tiebreaker over Oklahoma State, the No. 3 seed.

Iowa State is No. 4, followed by Texas and Oklahoma.

The seedings mean there will be a Bedlam matchup in the quarterfinals of the tournament. The teams will play at 8:30 p.m. on Friday at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City.
