OSU football: Jelani Woods enters transfer portal, per report

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State will be down one tight end for the Cheez-It Bowl.

Redshirt junior Jelani Woods has entered the transfer portal, as first reported by GoPokes.com.

The 6-foot-7, 275-pound Woods had 361 receiving yards and four touchdowns on 31 receptions over three seasons since converting from quarterback. 

Woods is the second scholarship player to enter the portal since the end of the regular season, along with reserve offensive lineman Trent Pullen.

The Cowboys are set to play in the Cheez-It Bowl against Miami on Dec. 29.
