OSU football: Cowboys to face Miami in Cheez-It Bowl
STILLWATER — Oklahoma State is headed to Orlando for its bowl game, where it will face Miami, Fla., in the Cheez-It Bowl.
Previously known as the Camping World Bowl, the game will be played at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 29 at Camping World Stadium.
This is the third appearance for OSU in the Orlando-based bowl, previously playing in the 1976 Tangerine Bowl and the 2017 Camping World Bowl.
No. 18 Miami went 8-2 in the regular season and 7-2 in the ACC, finishing third in the league behind Clemson and Notre Dame.
OSU finished the season with a 7-3 record and ranked No. 21 in the final CFP poll.
This will be the second meeting between the teams, with the first coming in OSU’s winless season of 1991. Miami was ranked second and defeated the Cowboys 40-3.
