OU basketball: Sooners land commitment from four-star guard CJ Noland
NORMAN — Four-star shooting guard CJ Noland is going to be a Sooner.
The Waxahachie, Texas, senior announced Tuesday evening his commitment to OU.
Noland unveiled his decision in a video posted to his Twitter page, unzipping a jacket to reveal his OU shirt.
“Go Sooners,” he said surrounded by his parents.

Noland, who is 6 feet 3 and 215 pounds, chose the Sooners over Oklahoma State, Kansas State, Texas A&M, TCU, Troy and Vanderbilt.
He is OU’s second commit in the 2021 class, joining Kingfisher’s Bijan Cortes.
