TULSA - Grammy-nominated Tulsa-based band Hanson is planning a special series of live-streaming concerts broadcasting this fall from historic Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa.
Starting in October, each month will bring a new concert series with a unique musical theme, making sure every show is a new experience. Each series will have three concerts at times designed for different regions of the world to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the concert experience live, according to a news release.
“We are thrilled to return to the stage and share the excitement of live music, both online and in person. As both artists and music fans, we know the importance of live music and the power it has to lift our spirits,” said Taylor Hanson in a statement.
In addition to streaming tickets, the band of brothers - Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson - plans to offer limited in-person table seating tickets to Hanson.net members.
The concert dates are Oct. 9-11, Nov. 5-7, Dec. 4-6 and Jan. 8-10.
Hanson will announce the first concert theme and put tickets to the October concerts on sale at noon Tuesday. For more information, go to hanson.net/news/hanson-streaming-concert-series.
-Tickets for all streams are available to all viewers worldwide.
-Streaming tickets can be purchased individually per-show, or in a discounted bundle for all three shows each month.
-Hanson.net members are eligible for discounted stream tickets by logging into their account on Hanson.net and visiting the calendar page.
-All tickets will include access to a loop of the stream for 24 hours after the initial broadcast.
-In-Person Tickets will only be sold as a reserved table of four with a very limited capacity. Tables will cost $160 per table / $40 per person and fees, and will only be available online. Tables will be allocated at the time of purchase on a "best available" basis.
-To ensure that purchasers are in control of whom they will be sitting with, and no secondary sales take place, e-tickets are not available for this show.
-Tickets are only available for purchase by Hanson.net members, but members can bring guests of their choosing.
-Shows are all-ages. Children 4 and younger are admitted, but must remain seated on an adult’s lap if they do not have their own seat. No more than one child per adult.
-Photos and audio or video recording are not permitted. Since the show is being recorded, all phones must be silenced for the duration of the concert.
After each month’s shows, the band will announce the following month’s musical theme along with putting the tickets on sale for that series of events.
Following months of ongoing restrictions on public gatherings which have put many local venues at risk, Hanson chose to partner with Cain’s Ballroom - a legendary venue in the Hanson brothers' hometown - to host the streams.
“The live-streaming shows give us a chance to share music with fans everywhere, while helping to support Cain’s and bring attention to the importance of supporting independent music landmarks, who need help to ensure they are able to keep their doors open,” said Isaac Hanson in a statement.

Hanson's streaming concert series from Cain’s Ballroom will be followed by the release of the trio's seventh studio album and 2021 world tour, according to a news release.
