OU football falls to No. 15 in 2021 team recruiting rankings

A jump from Wisconsin has sent Oklahoma back down to No. 15 in Rivals latest 2021 team rankings, but with Big 12 play set to begin the Sooners could see a few commits of their own.

OU hasn't seen a commitment since Kelvin Gilliam on Aug. 22. Coach Lincoln Riley's class has meandered around the mid-teens, but the offensive guru still has his sights set on a few big targets.

Should the Sooners land the remaining five-stars they're after, OU could push for a Top 10 class.

Texas was also passed by Wisconsin, and leads the conference with the 14th best class in 2021.

The Sooners first conference game is on Sept. 26 against Kansas State.
