OKC boxer Alex Saucedo's postponed fight back on schedule
Alex Saucedo's climb toward getting another shot at a world championship will continue June 30.
The Oklahoma City boxer was scheduled to fight Sonny Fredrickson on April 25, but Top Rank Boxing postponed all its March and April events because of the coronavirus pandemic. But now, Saucedo and Fredrickson are back on the schedule.
According to Saucedo's manager, Churchill Boxing, the fight will be the main event on a card in Las Vegas.
Time and TV information have not been announced.

The 10-round super lightweight bout will be Saucedo's second since losing a world-championship fight in his hometown on Nov. 16, 2018. After not fighting for almost a year, Saucedo returned to the ring with a first-round knockout of Rod Salka.
Saucedo (29-1, 19 knockouts) has designs on another world-title bout, and his fight against Fredrickson (21-2, 14 KOs) may get him a shot at one.
