Two of Oklahoma's most prominent sports figures released statements Sunday morning on George Floyd's death in Minneapolis last week and the nationwide protests, including in Oklahoma City, that have followed decrying racial violence.
First, OU football coach Lincoln Riley wrote on Twitter that he is "committed to being a part of the change."
OSU football coach Mike Gundy followed saying that he hopes "we replace the rage with respect and all come together."
