High school football: Choctaw wide receiver Chase Jackson commits to TCU

Choctaw wide receiver Chase Jackson announced Sunday on Twitter his commitment to TCU.

Jackson, a junior, was among the most productive receivers in the state in 2019, finishing with 56 catches for 1,342 yards and 17 touchdowns. He helped Class 6A-II Choctaw earn its first playoff victory since 1981 and first state semifinal appearance since 1965.

The 6-foot-2, 170-pound Jackson chose TCU over offers from Minnesota and Indiana, among others.

Jackson is a three-star prospect, according to 247Sports. He is unranked by Rivals.
