Emily Miller, Edmond North girls golf: Miller was looking to lead Edmond North to its third consecutive Class 6A state title this year. Although Miller’s high school career was cut short because of the coronavirus pandemic, she has a long list of accomplishments. Last year, she placed third at the state tournament and was named the Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference Golfer of the Year. She was also a first-team selection on The Oklahoman’s All-City golf squad. Miller will stay in Edmond to continue her career. She signed with UCO. “She’s an unbelievable young lady and a great leader for our team,” Edmond North coach Brock VanCleave said.
