OU men's basketball: Sooners land transfer commitment from Elijah Harkless
NORMAN — For the second time in as many days, OU men's basketball has gotten a commitment from the transfer portal.
Cal State-Northridge guard Elijah Harkless announced his intentions to transfer to the OU with a video on Twitter on Tuesday night.
Harkless led the Big West in steals with 54 in the 2019-20 season. The 6-foot-4 Rialto, California, native averaged 10.7 points and 5.8 rebounds last season as a sophomore.
Harkless's announcement comes one day after North Texas guard Umoja Gibson announced he was transferring to the Sooners.
Both transfers come after OU center Corbin Merritt and guard Jamal Bieniemy entered the transfer portal in recent weeks. Merritt has already committed to Austin Peay State.
