OSU basketball: Cowboys react to 1995 uniforms
STILLWATER — Perhaps it’s no coincidence Oklahoma State picked up its best victory of the season in a throwback uniform.
“I always say, ‘You look good. You play good,’” OSU graduate transfer Jonathan Laurent said.
Sporting black jerseys with Oklahoma State and the player’s number on the front, the old O-State logo on the shorts and orange-and-white trim, the Cowboys upset No. 24-ranked Texas Tech 73-70 on Saturday.
It was a nod to the 1995 Final Four team, which was honored throughout the day.

“These are unbelievable,” OSU freshman Kalib Boone said.
Boone and Laurent loved the uniforms enough that they had yet to change before postgame interviews. And it was unclear if they were even going to give them back.
“You don’t get no better than this, man,” Laurent said.
Added Boone: “I might have to hang this up in my room.”
