• West Virginia has one of the country’s top defenses this season, holding opponents to 36.7% shooting from the field, good for third best in the country.

• This is OU’s second matchup against a ranked opponent at home this season. The Sooners are 9-1 at home this season, with their one loss coming against then-No. 6-ranked Kansas. The Mountaineers are 1-3 on the road so far in conference play.
