Three things to know

• Russell Westbrook was scheduled to rest during the Rockets’ game against the Hawks on Wednesday, ahead of his return to OKC. Westbrook has not played both nights of a back-to-back all season.

• For the first time this regular season, the Thunder will play on national TV on Thursday. OKC’s two other national TV games are scheduled for Feb. 21, vs. Denver, and Feb. 28, at Milwaukee, on ESPN.

• The last time these two teams met, on Oct. 28, James Harden scored 40 points to lead Houston to a 116-112 victory.
