Thunder hosting 12th consecutive New Year's Eve game

The Thunder will host its 12th consecutive New Year's Eve game Tuesday night. 

The Thunder and Mavericks will tip-off at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Chesapeake Energy Arena. It will mark the third straight New Year's Eve matchup against the Mavericks. 

Fans will received an LED wristband, courtesy of MidFirst Bank. The wristbands will be programmed to activate during the game with music and lighting cues, according to a release. The wristbands will light up again for fans who attend the Opening Night Grand Finale at Bicentennial Park starting at 11:30 p.m. 

There will be a Roaring Twenties postgame party for all ticketed fans after the game. The party, located outside sections 115 and 116, is open to fans of all ages. There will be music and refreshments.
