OSU scores signing-day addition with linebacker Mason Cobb
STILLWATER — Two of Oklahoma State’s final additions to the recruiting class came from Utah, including a signing day pickup.
Safety Nick Session of Salt Lake City committed to the Cowboys in late November, and Provo linebacker Mason Cobb announced his decision Wednesday morning.
The 6-foot, 225-pound Cobb, a three-star prospect, had offers from Louisville and Arizona, among others.

“He’s 225 pounds, he’s a tough guy, comes from a great family, grew up with a bunch of brothers in the same house,” OSU coach Mike Gundy said. “We’re hoping that his nature and demeanor — he’s a little bit of a throwback, with his toughness and his willingness to strike people. I think he’s very committed to himself and to the organization that he’ll be involved in. So we’re really excited about him.”
