OSU football: Chuba Hubbard named to Walter Camp All-America team
Oklahoma State’s Chuba Hubbard was one of two running backs named to the Walter Camp All-America team Thursday.
On a night when Wisconsin's Jonathan Taylor was named the Doak Walker Award winner as the nation’s top running back, Hubbard had to settle for runner-up status, despite leading the nation in rushing and all-purpose yards.
Taylor joined Hubbard on the Walter Camp team.
Hubbard had 1,936 rushing yards in 12 games, with Taylor finishing with 1,909 yards in 13 games. Each player had 21 rushing touchdowns.
