Sage Realty goes with Sotheby's
NICHOLS HILLS — Sotheby's International Realty has expanded to Oklahoma and affiliated with Sage Realty Partners, which now operates as Sage Sotheby's International Realty, 6430 N Western Ave.
Sotheby's revealed the affiliation in September with a launch party to follow this week with local officials and business leaders at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art.
Sage Sotheby's, owned and operated by Chris Allen and Rob Allen, specializes in luxury residential real estate. The firm, founded in 2017, has more than 30 associates and over $180,000,000 in sales.
It's the first Sotheby's office in Oklahoma, but the most recent in the region: Portfolio Sotheby’s International Realty in Rogers, Arkansas, and Bash & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty in Mission Woods, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City.
“Sotheby’s International Realty has had its eye on Oklahoma for a long time, and after conducting market research, determined that Oklahoma City was ready," Rob Allen said. "We believe having Sotheby’s in Oklahoma is a major win and are honored to partner with a 275-year old iconic and global brand to bring the best in residential real estate to the market.
"Sotheby’s had to approve Sotheby’s International Realty entering Oklahoma, which says a lot about the trajectory of the real estate market in Oklahoma City and the entire state.”
Sotheby's International Realty, headquartered in Madison, New Jersey, was founded in 1976 by Sotheby's Auction House in New York City. Sotheby's was founded in London in 1744.
"The historic and urban core of Oklahoma City and its surrounding areas are what makes this market prime for growth,” said Philip White, president and CEO of Sotheby's International Realty. “Chris and Rob have established a successful company that has set an industry standard for the past two years, and we are delighted to have Sage Sotheby’s International Realty part of the brand’s global network and represent the brand in Oklahoma.”
