High school football: Carl Albert's Javion Hunt scores 5 touchdowns in win against rival Guthrie
Javion Hunt can do it all.
A junior at Carl Albert, he has become one of the state's top running backs. On Thursday against rival Guthrie, his stellar season continued.
Hunt rushed for four touchdowns on 20 carries, accumulating 124 yards. He also threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to junior quarterback Ben Harris, helping Class 5A No. 3 Carl Albert (6-1, 3-1 District 5A-2) dismantle rival Guthrie, 48-0.
Hunt is the son of former Oklahoma running back Jay Hunt, and Javion is on a path to play college football like his father. He holds offers from Arkansas, Baylor, Iowa State, Minnesota and Nebraska, among others.
Hunt and the Titans return to action Friday when they travel to face Woodward (4-3, 3-1).
