Another historic building awaiting to be uncovered?

Over the past several years we've seen some great old buildings rediscovered when "modern" facades added in the 1950s through the 1970s were stripped away. These discoveries included my favorites - what is now Pizzeria Gusto and The Rise at NW 23 and Walker.

Now I think we may have another building, only used for storage from I've seen, that could be a great addition to Automobile Alley.

First, the building itself, just south of NW 13 and Broadway.

What caught my notice are the bottom column caps. And if one looks closely at the bottom column cap to the left.... we see there is another facade under that ugly facade.

So what is under this muck? Maybe? .....
