More "Iconic" Development Along Broadway

Michael Nichols is continuing to transform some of the smaller yet long unsightly properties along Broadway just north of Automobile Alley. his Iconic Construction previously renovated an old garage and credit bureau office into a home for his company at 1621 N Broadway Ave.

The latest renovation is across the street with an architecturally eclectic building at 1701 N Broadway, which for years was home to Tech Lock.

Renovations are underway. The design is shown in the below renderings by Gardner Architects.
