Edmondson casts ballot, Stitt and Powell will vote Tuesday

Democrat Drew Edmondson submitted his ballot on the first day of early voting on Thursday, while Republican Kevin Stitt and Libertarian Chris Powell both plan to vote on Tuesday.
Oklahoma's race for governor remains competitive between Edmondson and Stitt as both hope to replace term limited Gov. Mary Fallin.
After he voted, Edmondson said he will continue to be in full campaign mode through Tuesday and addressed attempts by his opponents to paint him as an extreme liberal.
Stitt has also been crisscrossing the state, and his wife was in Oklahoma City on Wednesday to meet with supporters. She also shared the story of how Kevin told her he wanted to run for governor.
On Thursday morning, Powell was at the Oklahoma County Election Board office, waving to motorists and making his pitch as an alternative to the two major parities.
