Neiman Marcus Christmas Book unveiled
The wait is over.
Neiman Marcus has unveiled its 2018 Christmas Book, complete with the much-anticipated and over-the-top fantasy gifts along with more affordable holiday options for foodies, techies and homebodies.
The 2018 book is a whopping 275 pages with 823 holiday gifts. The most expensive item is a 74-foot Neiman Marcus edition Serenity Solar Yacht priced at $7.1 million. Almost half of the gifts are less than $250, with several carrying price tags of less than $20.
Fantasy gifts seem to get the most attention and a portion of each purchase is donated back to the Neiman Marcus Foundation. Along with the yacht, this year’s fantasy gifts include a wonders and wellness experience in India, Nepal, Bhutan and the Maldives at $630,000. There’s also a secret agent experience, priced at $315,000. It’s a three-day, two-night espionage adventure including jumping out of planes, racing cars and anything else required to complete the mission. The event is organized by The Invictus Experience.
The Neiman Marcus Christmas Book was first published in 1926 as a 16-page booklet intended as a Christmas card to the store’s best customers. It has evolved into a yearly collection of fun, desirable, unusual and spectacular gifts. Check out the 2018 book at neimanmarcus.com.
