The Morning Brew: Oklahomans are late to work
Oklahomans are late to work

Believe it or not there is a website called Mattress Clarity, and its mission, near as I can tell, is to review mattresses and beds of all kinds, from memory foam to the Sleep Number.
The website recently conducted a study in which it asked nearly 3,000 people about tardiness s at work. According to the study, Oklahomans are on average 9 minutes late to work at least one day each week, making us one of the tardiest states in the nation. The lateness is estimated to cost Oklahoma employers more than $156 million annually.
Our Texas neighbors are on average 7.4 minutes late. And in Missouri and Kansas its 6.6 and 6.3 minutes respectively.
Workers in Wyoming were the least punctual, late on average of 12.4 minutes late to work. The most punctual? Montanans are on average just 3.8 minutes late.
Here's the rest of the findings.
