Frontier to kick-off service from OKC

Frontier Airlines will kick off its service from Oklahoma City Wednesday with a ceremony at the airport. The budget airline will initially serve Orlando and Denver from Will Rogers.

Frontier announced it would be coming to Oklahoma City earlier this year. The airline, which currently operates about 70 planes and serves about 60 destinations in the United States.

A quick check of the airlines website found tickets as low as $20 one-way to Denver from Oklahoma City, depending on the day of travel. Tickets to Orlando can also be had on the cheap, with some fares as low as $29 one-way.
