Oklahoma Vice: Sex offender allegedly exposed himself to teen girl at store
Louis Eduardo Rodriguez allegedly found his teenage victim while browsing the racks of a Ross department store in Oklahoma City.
Police claim Rodriguez touched himself over his grey sweatpants while staring into the eyes of a 14-year old girl at the Ross store at Westgate Marketplace off Interstate 40 in May. He also allegedly rubbed his genitals against the teen and abruptly left the store when her father tried to confront him, according to an arrest report.
"(Victim) stated she was 14 and it appeared she had been crying over the incident," Oklahoma City police wrote in a report.
The father took down the license plate number of the pickup truck the man drove away in and police also examined security camera footage from the store, according to the arrest report.
Oklahoma City Police arrested Rodriguez, 36 of Oklahoma City, on Friday in connection with the incident.
Rodriguez is already serving a 15 year suspended sentence in connection with a 2008 conviction for lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a minor, according to court records. Because of his 2008 conviction, Rodriguez must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
