Oklahoma Vice: Man arrested after taking video of children playing under water spigot

David Weaver, 61, of Midwest City, is facing child pornography charges after allegedly making a video of two young children playing under a water spigot.

One of the children was nude when Weaver began shooting video of them playing in the front yard of their home in Southwest Oklahoma City on Saturday, according to Oklahoma City police.  The children were ages two and four, but it's unclear which child was not wearing any clothing during the incident.

Police allegedly found Weaver with two writing pens that contained cameras, allowing him to discreetly record video.

Weaver was acquainted with the family and was at the home to help make some type of repairs during the alleged video incident.

A parent confronted Weaver and asked him to turn over the recording device when it became apparent he was taking video of the children, according to according to a probable cause affidavit filed in Oklahoma County District Court on Monday.

"Don't, I'll go to jail for a long time," Weaver said, according to the affidavit.

Police arrested Weaver on suspicion of procuring minors for participation in pornography.  If formally charged with the offense, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
