EDMOND — Some of the children were anxious to let Santa know what they wanted under the tree.

Others weren't so happy to be sitting on the jolly man's lap during a Christmas event over the weekend at the Edmond Police Department.

The annual event gave children an opportunity to visit with Santa and local police officers.

Photos were free for those who attended during the five-hour event at the police department.
