EDMOND — For the past 12 years, the Edmond Fine Arts Institute has commissioned Andy Boatman of Blue Sage Studios to create a commemorative glass ornament for holiday decorating and giving.

This year the artisan has made hand-blown ornaments perfect for Oklahoma collectors.

Circles of black and white on a round translucent glass bulb make the 2016 ornament unique.

“Andy's ornaments have become collector's items and can be enjoyed year-round,” said Louise Churchill, Fine Arts Institute president.

“We always look forward to his creative ideas and appreciate the partnership with Blue Sage Studios.”

The ornaments are available for $25 through 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the Fine Arts Institute, 27 E Edwards.
