A funeral has been scheduled for Maj. Gen. John Rossi, the former commanding general of Fort Sill.
A visitation and vigil will be held Friday evening at Fort Bliss, Texas, followed by a funeral mass at 10 a.m. Saturday at Fort Sill. Rossi will be interred at noon Saturday at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
Rossi was found dead earlier this month at Redstone Arsenal, a U.S. Army installation near Huntsville, Ala. His cause of death is under investigation.
