Travel delay: Computer problem plagues Southwest Airlines

Apparently Southwest Airlines is having a problem with its computer system and it's causing delays at some airports the airline serves.

From the Post Dispatch:

"Computer problems at Southwest Airlines slowed down flights and jammed up its reservations website nationwide on Wednesday afternoon, including in St. Louis.

At Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, passengers were delayed by about an hour and some flights were waiting to leave as a result of the outage, said spokesman Jeff Lea.

The airline did manual check-ins at Lambert as well."

It's unclear what if any effect this will have on Southwest flights at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City.
