Oklahoma City police chief now supports officers carrying personal rifles

Oklahoma City police Chief Bill Citty reversed an earlier stance against officers being allowed to carry personal rifles on duty.
At a press conference Monday, Citty said he now supports officers being allowed to carry personal rifles in light of Sunday's shooting that killed three law enforcement officers in Baton Rouge.
