Exuviance launches new wrinkle repair product
The company that created the original glycolic acid peel has unveiled a new product that targets wrinkles.
Continuing its efforts to develop products and ingredients that visibly transform skin, NeoStrata Co. pumped up its Exuviance line with Targeted Wrinkle Repair that goes after deep lines.
Results come from a triple-boost formula of patented NeoGlucosamine, CitraFill and Matrixly Peptides that work together to enhance collagen and help build skin’s own natural hydrating filler, the company says. Over time, volume is increased directly beneath deep lines and creases so they appear filled and smoother.
“Deep lines are among the most frustrating signs of aging, and historically difficult to address with topical product offerings,” said Barbara Green, vice president of clinical affairs, NeoStrada Co. “Filling deep lines with an injectable can be costly, painful and sometimes leads to results that look less than natural. Exuviance Targeted Winkle Repair painlessly reduces common signs of skin aging by softening the appearance of deep expression lines over time.”
After one week of twice daily use, 95 percent of users noticed visible improvement in targeted lines, the company said. After eight weeks of twice daily use, 91 percent of users reported younger-looking skin and smoother crow’s feet, while 86 percent saw improved lines around mouth and forehead.
Exuviance Targeted Wrinkle Repair costs $68 and is available at Exuviance.com, Ulta stores and select prestige beauty retailers.
Evuviance’s signature glycolic product is Performance Peel AP 25.
