Fishing fans can attend Bassmaster Classic Kickoff Party
Each year a host marine is selected to host a party to officially launch the largest bass fishing tournament in the world, the Bassmaster Classic.
This year, Nichols Marine is selected to host the annual Bassmaster Classic Kickoff party. The festivities take place on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 6556 E 21st St. in Tulsa.
The party, which is open to the public, will give fans the opportunity to meet top Triton Elite Series pros, Triton founder Earl Bentz, as well as enter for a chance to win many door prizes. Fans can also join the pros for free food and beverages while supplies last.
“This is a great opportunity to meet and chat with pros that are fishing the Classic, past champions and anglers on the pro circuit,” said Nichols Marine owner Gary Nichols. “It’s also a great time to stop by the showroom and get a look at the new models. There is ample opportunity to talk with the pros and discuss our great lineup of boats.”
Nichols Marine Classic Kickoff Party is family friendly and admission is free. Triton Pros scheduled to attend the event include Shaw Grigsby, Boyd Duckett, Casey Ashley, Gerald Swindle, Randy Howell, Stephen Browning, Terry Scroggins, Brandon Card, Hank Cherry, Albert Collins, Dave Mullins and Thomas Martin.
