Dr. Susan Robinson, with the State Employee Wellness Program, and Shante Fenner, with the American Heart Association, have some tips to keep you healthy and stress free during the holiday season. Tips include approaching the holiday season with a plan, being weary of party perils (high-fat foods), staying active and planning beyond the holidays. 

Fenner also explained that routine blood pressure checks can actually help lower those numbers due to awareness.
