Tasting Room hosts NoName Ranch dinner and you should be there
On Friday night, The Tasting Room , 4322 N Western Ave., will host the first of a series of dinners spotlighting local producers.
First up is Bruce and Joan Buechner of NoName Ranch, which produces all-natural beef raised and processed in Wynnewood.
The Buechners raise a unique breed of cattle that imparts terrific great flavor despite its leanness thanks to adherence to organic techniques. The cattle feed on native Oklahoma grasses and drink fresh spring water before being supplemented with a blend of all-natural grain free of pesticides, hormones and antibiotics.
You'll have a chance to meet the Buechners, which I can promise you is an experience you won't soon forget, and feast on their outstanding beef.
