Faith Notes: June 3 luncheon to focus on 'Biblical justice'

An informal luncheon entitled "What is Biblical Justice?" is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 3 at Crossings Community Center, 10255 N Pennsylvania.

The luncheon is designed for attorneys and those in the compassionate care service industry.

Box lunches will be available for $10 or participants may bring their own brown bag lunch.

Registration is free.

The program will include panelists Kim Bandy of The Spero Project, Kris Steele of The Education and Employment Ministry, Lloyd McAlister of McAlister & McAlister and Tim Tardibono of the Family Policy Institute of Oklahoma. They will discuss Biblical justice followed by a question-and-answer time.

Organizers said the purpose of the event is to bring the community together for a conversation about Biblical justice and what that means for the common good of Oklahoma City.

Sponsors are Christian Legal Society, Family Policy Institute of Oklahoma, Salt and Light Leadership Training (SALLT), and Trinity Legal Clinic.
