Game of Thrones tours: All roads point to Winterfell

Ireland is one of the most popular overseas destinations for Americans with an estimated 900,000 visiting the Emerald Isle every year.

Dublin, the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Penisulua are some of the more popular locations. But you can channel your inner Stark or Baratheon by taking one of several Game of Thrones themed tours that leave either from Dublin (expect a longer ride) and Belfast, in Northern Ireland with more sites because Belfast is closer to the action. Both visit some of the filming locations from the show currently airing its fifth season on HBO.

Tours are full days, leaving Dublin in the early morning and returning in the early evening. Cost is 40 pounds per per person from Belfast and 55 euros from Dublin.

Hodor.
