Tackle show opens Friday at state fairgrounds

The Oklahoma Tackle, Hunting and Boat Show opens Friday at the state fairgrounds and runs through Sunday, Jan. 31.

The show will be held in the Cox Pavilion. Show hours are noon to 9 p.m. on Friday, 10 to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

General admission is $10 and $5 for ages 6 through 12. Kids age 5 and younger receive free admission. Price for seniors and military is $8.

Troy Landry of the reality television show, Swamp People, will make an appearance at the show on Sunday from noon until 3 p.m.. Fans must buy a $20 meet and greet pass to meet Landry, but the price includes admission to the show.

Others scheduled to appear at the show include Jason Reynolds and his high flying retrievers show, crappie fishing guide Todd Huckabee, bass fishing guide Chuck Justice, catfish bait maker Danny King, FLW pro Zack Birge of Blanchard and more.
