Construction Update: The Metropolitan Apartments

Construction has started up on Metropolitan, a 330-unit, $45 million apartment complex that will be the largest single housing development built to date in downtown Oklahoma City.

The site is big. It stretches along the east side of Oklahoma Avenue, between NE 6 and NE 9, connecting it to the already thriving Ninth Street mix of retail and restaurants.
