Wind chill values of negative 15 possible for some areas Monday, NWS-Norman

From the National Weather Service, Norman:

“Ice, sleet, and snow will decrease from west to east this evening, but very cold temperatures will persist overnight.

“Low temperatures will be in the single digits to low teens Monday morning with wind chill values falling to between 0 and -15 Monday morning.

“Temperatures will gradually warm day-to-day through the work week.”

Earlier today, Hooker, Okla. in the Panhandle had a wind chill reading of minus 16, according to the Oklahoma Mesonet site located there.
