Roger Mills-Dewey-Custer-Blaine-Kingfisher-Logan-Beckham-Washita-
Kiowa-Jackson-Tillman-Comanche-Hardeman-Foard-Wilbarger and Knox counties.

* Visibilities: Around one mile…with lower visibilities confined
  to far western Oklahoma.

* Impacts: Deposit of of very light ice from fog and very light
freezing drizzle. slick spots will be seen on roadways…
especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
Slick conditions will also be seen on untreated sidewalks and
  parking lots.

Precautionary/preparedness actions…

If you are driving…slow down…use your headlights…and leave
plenty of room between you and other vehicles. Black ice is
extremely difficult to detect. roadways may only appear damp
when…in fact…they are covered with a thin layer of ice.
