I’ve written and produced an incredible amount of material for this weekend’s special coverage of the upcoming MAPS 20th anniversary (Dec. 14). But are the newsroom gods content? Heck no! Richard Hall, the NewsOK overlord, wants a rundown of what’s next.
OK. So let’s look ahead.
We know of some projects coming up but we don’t have any specific details yet. The biggest such project is a high-rise set to be built on the Stage Center property.
But for most, we have renderings. So let’s do a run-down, shall we?

Foundation settings are well underway for the Mosaic being built at NE 3 and Oklahoma.

The long vacant, boarded up Rock Island Plow building at Reno and Oklahoma is set to be renovated into offices next year.
The Steel Yard apartments, E Sheridan Avenue in Bricktown. Construction set to start next year.
