A Very Vegan Thanksgiving

It’s that time of year again when you get to stuff your face, wear oversized sweaters and enjoy the company of family and friends.
I plan to do all of these on Thanksgiving, but I’m also starting a new tradition this year. There will be no turkey or ham for me, because it’s my first holiday season as a vegan.
It has almost been a year since I decided to adopt a plant-based diet, and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back. But, I am a little worried about food around the holidays. I mean, a girl’s got to eat. Am I right?
Family gatherings are a big part of the holiday for me. I don’t want to miss out on a chance to spend time with some of my favorite people, but I also don’t want to spend time at a table, staring at food that I can’t eat.
So instead of surviving on salad and fruits for dinner, I decided to look up a few recipes of my own.
Below are a few vegan dishes I found on Pinterest. Feel free to share your own recipes in the comments below. Happy Thanksgiving!
