Butch Kennemer and Jamie Haynes of Tulsa captured the annual Last Bass tournament held over the weekend on Lake Eufaula.

The anglers weighed in 15.19 pounds to edge Shawnee fishermen Jim and Jay Sparks who totaled 15.03 pounds. The Tulsa pair won $10,285 for the win.

The big bass of the tourney was 6.11 pounds, earning the team of Harry French and Gary Holcomb, both of Tulsa, $7,800.

There were 390 boats in the tournament which had a payout of $62,500. The tournament was sponsored by the law firm of Lawter and Associates.
