I’m going to require everyone to start a half hour early today, but there’s a reward for those who join us – Jonathan Dodson, lender and vice president at Legacy Bank. Dodson is closely tied in to several of the more visible projects in the urban core, including the redevelopment of properties along NW 23rd in Uptown and the Mideke building in Bricktown. His insights into the challenges and opportunities involved in urban core development will be of interest to OKC Central readers, and I hope we can learn more about what it might take to get hard-to-develop properties financed and developed.
If you want to ask questions or make comments, start logging into OKC Central Live Chat on the NewsOK business page at 9 a.m., the discussion will begin at 9:30 a.m. I will be giving priority to questions and comments addressed to Dodson.
