Can I read the horoscope in the digital editions of The Oklahoman?
Last week, we received this feedback from a subscriber to The Oklahoman.
I have home delivery. I also have the app on my iPhone. Problem is I cannot find the horoscope on the mobile app. Please add.
A subscriber who wants to read The Oklahoman in the most convenient way for his life? Well, that’s what we do.
And, as a subscriber, you have access to all of these products.
The person who sent us this feedback likes using the iPhone app. Great — except one of the items he reads wasn’t on there.
After a bit of research, we realized that the Horoscope had been inadvertently omitted from the iPad/iPhone digital edition for some days prior to receiving this feedback.
Admittedly, the custom applications for the iPad, iPhone and Android devices aren’t ‘exact’ replicas of the newspaper. If you want every feature in the same type of experience, we recommend the Print Replica products. But in the custom digital apps — like the one this subscriber is using — we don’t have every feature of the newspaper experience in those apps. But we do try to have all the articles (and then some, since we add ‘extra’ stories that are not in your printed edition).
And this request was something we could change.
So here it is today:
This is from our list of Life section stories in today’s iPhone edition. You can see that the Horoscope is properly within the list of stories.
Dear Abby is there, too. And so is Miss Manners.
