Chef Black to Report from France
Robert Black, executive chef for A Good Egg Dining Group, got the opportunity of a lifetime this week in traveling to Paris to take part in the Salon International de l’Agroalimentaire food show.
Robert was asked to attend for the Southern United States Trade Association and will be working a booth in the United States pavilion, preparing recipes, showcasing products and hoping to interest potential buyers in SUSTA products.
While he’s knocking about in Paris, Robert will be a guest on my blog, sharing his insights, photos and videos. So check back all week.
